At Nobimarkett S.A.S. we respect your privacy and protect the personal data you entrust to us. This policy describes how we collect, use and safeguard your information in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP).
1. Data controller
Nobimarkett S.A.S., Tax ID (RUC) 1793208574001, with domicile at Av. República del Salvador N36-84, Quito, Ecuador, is the controller of your personal data. You can contact our Data Protection Officer at privacidad@nobimarkett.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly (name, email, phone) and the data generated by your browsing (IP address, device type, pages visited, analytical cookies). We never request sensitive financial information via email.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to answer your requests, send you information about real estate crowdlending in Ecuador, measure the performance of our campaigns and comply with legal obligations. Each purpose requires your free and informed consent.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (article 7 LOPDP), the performance of a pre-contractual relationship requested by you, and compliance with legal obligations applicable to the Ecuadorian financial sector.
5. Recipients
We only share data with service providers (hosting, email, analytics) bound by confidentiality agreements, and with authorities when required by law. We never sell personal data.
6. Retention
We retain the data while you have a relationship with us and during the applicable legal periods. Marketing emails are deleted at most 24 months after your last interaction, unless you renew your consent.
7. ARCO+ rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability and deletion by writing to privacidad@nobimarkett.com with a copy of your ID. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, including TLS 1.3 in-transit encryption, access controls, encrypted backups and periodic audits.
9. Supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Superintendence for the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador.
